Only in last year, technical support service had been attending more than 18.000 queries about the use of our softwares, including verification and justification of structural computations, structural modelling queries, computation-time optimization..., budgets adjustments, offers comparisons, new reports programming or new predefined entries definitions. Kinds of Help
All our solutions include a period of support, not only for new licences, also updates. The after-sale technical support service can be requested:

  • Hot-line, queries resolutions: study of incidences which were received by phone. Answer time is inmediate. There is not limit of queries number.
  • Study of queries which were received by email: study of incidences which were received by email. Current versions of our softwares have the function: "Send consultation" which allows to send directly queries to our technical department. Answer time is less than 12 hours, there is not limit of queries number. Structures or works projects can be sent for general revision or specific aspects.
  • Mentoring: users can ask for attendance to mentoring (weekly frequency) in our offices or through internet. There is not limit of mentoring sessions for users with activated support service.
  • OPEN mentoring: Users whose activated support periods were over, can ask for attendance to OPEN mentorings (monthly frequency) through internet. This mentoring is free to help those users who can not activate the technical support in a specific moment because they do not have resources.
